Antrim Construction Company Limited has a long and proven history in the building of fine quality homes. Detailed measures are taken to ensure that all our homes are built to high standards. To meet these standards we employ proven and traditional methods of building, incorporating, where appropriate, the very latest advances in materials and techniques. We aim to provide you with a home of fine appearance, maximum comfort and ease of maintenance. All our homes are registered with the National House Building Council for inspection purposes and qualify for the NHBC 10 Year protection certificate.
Structure External walls are of traditional cavity construction. Traditional Brick and Plaster Render are used for the external finish. Thermal insulation to walls, roof space and habitable areas is provided to achieve a substantial energy saving.
Roof Concrete roof tile. Dry fixed ridge tiles.
Rainwater Goods White uPVC hexagonal guttering with square downpipes.
Windows White uPVC, double-glazed with locking latches. Painted MDF cillboard nosed and rebated.
Doors uPVC or Hardwood front and rear doors where applicable with double-glazing. 6-Panel press hardboard internal doors painted white with chrome effect latch furniture. Vertical ribbed, white garage door where applicable. Sliding patio doors where applicable.
Int Trimming 4” Moulded MDF skirting painted white. 3” Moulded MDF architrave painted whtie. Homes with stairways will incorporate redwood newel posts, handrails and turned balustrades where appropriate.
Ceilings Smooth plastered ceilings. Insulated push up loft access trap door. Electricity A generous provision of power points is provided throughout the house. Electrical sockets will be positioned to suit individual needs, where possible. Electrically operated smoke detectors are fitted as standard. A bulkhead light is fitted at the front and back doors. A front door bell is provided N.I.E. connection is paid by Antrim Construction Company Limited.
Kitchens A choice of kitchen door, worktop and handle will be made available for selection at A.C.C. Limited Head Office. A hob, oven and extractor canopy is provided as part of the kitchen selection.
Fireplace- sites 254 to 291 only A choice of two fireplaces are available for selection at A.C.C. Ltd Head Office. Fireplace- sites 103 to 313 only A modern wall mounted gas fire will be supplied as standard.
Sanitary Ware Modern white sanitary ware with chrome fittings will be supplied and fitted. Homes with an ensuite will have a shower tray, shower door and shower appliance fitted. Chrome towel radiators will be fitted in the ensuite (if applicable) and bathroom as standard. Ventilation fans are fitted in the bathroom, ensuite and WC.
Heating - sites 254 to 291 only - An oil fired central heating system complete with PVC tank is standard in each home. Heating - sites 103 to 313 only - A specially designed natural gas heating system is standard in each home.
All systems will incorporate a boiler and there will be radiators in all main rooms. They are programme controlled to ensure a performance suitable for most individual requirements and to provide a separate hot water supply. There is an electric immersion heater fitted next to the insulated copper hot water cylinder.
Security External front and rear doors will be fitted with security locks. All windows will be lockable. A burglar alarm system will be installed.
Groundwork’s Front gardens will have a turfed lawn (excludes standard turnkey package which will be graded only). Rear gardens will be top soiled. Flat top garden edge and treated rail fencing will be erected where applicable. A bitmac driveway will be provided as standard.
Payments An initial Holding Fee will be required at Reservation Stage with a further deposit required on signing the Building Agreement. Details will be published on the official price list.
Options A list of options is available for each house type. Additional options may be considered but will only be incorporated into the property if a binding contract is in existence between parties at the requisite stage of construction. Structural changes will not be considered.
